Concrete Superintendent

The Concrete Superintendent will oversee large commercial concrete projects, managing teams of 16 or more to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion. Reporting to the General Superintendent, this role is focused on a single site assignment, leading subcontractors and maintaining project standards throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of concrete construction on commercial projects
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to maintain workflow and deadlines
• Manage large construction teams of 16 or more personnel
• Communicate progress and issues to the General Superintendent
• Maintain safety standards on the construction site

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
