Relocation can be offered for the right team member. www.peaksprecast.comKey ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise daily production crewsOversee concrete operations including form setting, placement, finishing, and quality controlExecute production schedules and help ensure deadlines are metMaintain quality standards across all productsTrain, mentor, and develop team membersCoordinate with operations leadership on workflow, priorities, and staffing needsTroubleshoot production issues and help implement practical solutionsEnforce safety standards and compliance with OSHA and company policiesMonitor equipment, forms, and tools for proper use and maintenanceDrive accountability, consistency, and productivity across the teamQualifications10+ years of experience in concrete construction or precast manufacturingStrong knowledge of concrete materials, placement, finishing, and formworkExperience leading crews or supervising teamsAbility to read and interpret drawings and production plansStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsHigh attention to detail and commitment to qualityPreferred ExperiencePrecast concrete manufacturing experienceFamiliarity with NPCA / PCI / ACI standardsOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certificationExperience working in a production or manufacturing environmentCompensation & BenefitsSalary Range: $75,000 – $82,500, based on experienceBonus: Performance-basedHealthcare: Monthly stipendPTO: OfferedOther Benefits: Relocation bonus available for the right candidateCompany Description Peaks Precast invented and manufactures a modular foundation system transforming how residential and commercial can be built.
