Concrete SuperintendentReporting into Project Leadership, the Concrete Superintendent will oversee field execution of structural concrete projects including education, warehouse, recreation, and municipal developments. The Concrete Superintendent will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Lead and coordinate all onsite structural concrete activitiesManage crews, subcontractors, schedules, and daily field operationsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetCoordinate with project management and client stakeholders throughout project executionMaintain quality control standards and resolve field issues proactivelySupport workforce planning and productivity initiatives across multiple project locationsTravel to project sites as required, with company-provided housing and travel supportMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
