Job Description


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Trench/Concrete Worker to join our crew. This role is responsible for excavation, trenching, and concrete work in support of electrical installation projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in safe, quality work.


Responsibilities

• Dig and prepare trenches for underground electrical conduit and cabling
• Pour, form, finish, and repair concrete as needed for job sites
• Operate hand tools and light equipment (e.g., trenchers, compactors, saws)
• Read and follow site plans and job specifications
• Backfill and compact trenches to code and job requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Follow all OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols
• Coordinate with electricians and project supervisors on job site logistics

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in trenching, excavation, and/or concrete work
• Ability to read basic site plans and blueprints
• Comfortable operating hand tools and small equipment
• Physically able to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Prior experience on electrical or utility job sites a plus
