## Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up job sites, including measuring and marking areas for concrete placement.

• Mix, pour, and finish concrete according to specifications and project requirements.

• Operate various tools and machinery, including concrete mixers, trowels, and power tools.

• Ensure proper curing and finishing of concrete surfaces to meet quality standards.

• Collaborate with team members and other trades to ensure timely project completion.

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role in the construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

• Excellent physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
