Job Description Summary:

The expected base salary range for this position is $45,000

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Order and review several necessary on line system checks and a variety of mortgage loan documentation
• Use state of the art technology to manage your pipeline of loans as well as complete your job functions in a productive manner
• Provide world-class customer service and respectful, consultative guidance to your clients and third parties
• Be on an innovative and fun team that is revolutionizing the way loans are processed at Guaranteed Rate
• Receive ongoing comprehensive training and become an expert on the mortgage process
• Assist the client, the POD, and the VP by processing the condo documents for the condo underwriting department's review

Skills and Competencies

• Experience processing condo home-owner's association documents for mortgages is strongly preferred but not required
• Experience processing mortgages in general is a requirement
• Attention to detail, time management, excellent communication skills required
• Customer service and strong tech skills (outlook, Microsoft office, and various website navigation) required
