Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions within a manufacturing environment. This hands-on role will partner with leadership to support talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation, benefits administration, training and development, and workforce planning.
Responsibilities
Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll, leave management, and employee records
Coordinate training, leadership development, and employee engagement programs
Support workplace safety initiatives and organizational growth objectives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, benefits, and compliance
Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employees
Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
