We’re excited to support a company recognized for its commitment to innovation, sustainability, and employee development in their search for a strategic and employee-focused Senior Human Resources Manager to join their team in Houston, Texas.


As the Senior Human Resources Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting business leaders and employees across a complex and dynamic environment. You’ll serve as a trusted HR partner, driving employee engagement, coaching leaders, managing employee relations, and supporting key talent initiatives that help the organization continue to grow and evolve.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner closely with senior leaders and managers to provide strategic HR guidance and day-to-day employee support
  • Coach leaders and employees on performance management, employee relations, career development, talent assessment, and retention initiatives
  • Serve as a trusted first point of contact for employee questions and HR-related guidance
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and Talent Development teams to execute business-specific HR strategies
  • Lead and support employee investigations, ensuring issues are properly identified, documented, and resolved
  • Promote consistent application of company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
  • Facilitate HR programs and training initiatives including onboarding, leadership assimilation, succession planning, and performance development
  • Drive process improvement initiatives and contribute to HR functional excellence across the organization


What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in a complex business environment
  • Experience supporting field service, technical product support, and/or sales teams within an OEM or manufacturing environment
  • Strong employee relations and leadership coaching experience
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and union relations
  • Professional HR certification (PHR/SPHR) preferred
  • A collaborative, approachable leadership style with a passion for creating a positive employee experience


Additional Position Details:

Location: Hybrid out of Houston, TX

Salary: $150K - $175K including 15% 

Lump Sum Relocation Package if needed.
