We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead our East Bay SF retail location. This role is perfect for a motivated retail leader who thrives in a specialty environment and enjoys being close to the products, the team, and the customers.


If you're passionate about retail, team leadership, and creating an engaging in-store experience—especially in categories like airsoft, tactical gear, or outdoor equipment—this is your opportunity to take full ownership of a high-impact store.


What You'll Do

Operations & Sales

  • Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing, POS, and cash handling
  • Drive sales performance against monthly and quarterly goals
  • Analyze trends and adjust merchandising and floor strategy to maximize results
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling 10,000 sq ft retail space
  • Manage inventory including receiving, cycle counts, and system reconciliation
  • Partner with corporate on merchandising, promotions, and product assortment

Team Leadership

  • Hire, onboard, schedule, and develop a team of 3–4 associates
  • Lead performance check-ins and annual reviews; partner with corporate on HR matters
  • Foster a culture of strong product knowledge and customer service excellence
  • Act as the primary escalation point for customer concerns

Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure all product sales comply with Pennsylvania and federal regulations
  • Maintain a safe and compliant store and back-of-house environment
  • Enforce loss prevention standards and conduct regular audits

Reporting & Communication

  • Submit weekly reports on sales, staffing, and inventory
  • Participate in monthly leadership calls with regional and corporate teams
  • Partner with marketing on local events and community engagement initiatives

  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to drive results and coach a team
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
  • Interest in or familiarity with airsoft, tactical gear, or outdoor products
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and operational processes effectively
