Description

Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all BOM (bill of material) activities for assigned models and assists Product Engineering personnel with BOM creation and updates.
* Propose proper structuring of new and revised parts to up-level assemblies, modules, and vehicles and ensure bill of material accuracy through BOM comparison and physical audits.
* Support prototype builds and subsequent change requests as required and maintain BOM commonality and consistency across assigned product lines.
* Serve as change specialist in the ECR (Enterprise Change Request), ECO (Enterprise Change Order), and ECN (Enterprise Change Notice) processes.
* Track status of unreleased drawings for assigned models.
* Create, monitor, and validate data in the company’s ERP systems and coordinate ECN’s effectivity to ensure that engineering data is properly documented and in the correct revision sequence prior to changes.
* Perform where-used analyses of components and assemblies to assure that all affected vehicle BOMs are correctly revised in the ECO process and perform where-referenced analysis to determine whether earlier revisions are being modified in active change workflows.
* Assist in the processing of data and metrics related to the ECx process.
* Serve as Change Specialist in the ECR (Enterprise Change Request), ECO (Enterprise Change Order, and ECN (Enterprise Change Notice) processes.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer or information science, engineering, or business field required
* Years of Experience: 3 or more years of experience required
* Software Knowledge: Teamcenter, Oracle and SAP experience required
* Configuration analyst and change coordinator experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
