Description

In this role you will complete Nursing (BH, INA, LTC, Rehab, WH) configuration across all consulting project types. Drive Automation usage, troubleshooting, education, and development. Educate and mentor team on complex Nursing topics and support Analysts through complex build, testing, and client escalations. Drive process adherence and maintain relationships across lines of business.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $87,000 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle''s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

  8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  • Analyze complex Nursing Data collection to assess configuration readiness and ensure successful project execution while providing recommendations for improvements.
  • Provide domain expertise in Nursing configuration, implementation approaches, and workflow design, and support team members with system configurations and testing as necessary.
  • Direct incoming work requests, assigning team members to work based on resource capacity, assess pipeline workload and recommendation for staffing
  • Manage escalation processes for complex configuration issues, driving resolution through effective problem-solving and collaboration with internal stakeholders across the team.
  • Provide feedback to managers on project-level performance of the employees they work with
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence process and methodology updates, ensuring alignment with business goals and project needs for the entire Medication Process
  • Analyze and review quoting and sales requests and recommend changes, adjustments and risk mitigation
  • Drive tools development and troubleshooting across teams, ensuring compliance and best practices for configuration management.
  • Coach and mentor other Nursing Configuration Analysts and provide educational opportunities and training as needed
  • Support the development of Nursing configuration strategies and methodologies in collaboration with leadership, communities and Knowledge Leaders, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
