Leads the synthesis of conceptual/preliminaryaerospace/aeronautical vehicles. Leads vehicle configuration designs from customer requirements. Evaluates designs and performs trade studies for performance, structural adequacy, cost effectiveness, and regulatory requirements. Trains others. Works under general direction.
