Configuration Specialist

About the Role

The role involves configuring and optimizing software systems to meet both internal and client-specific requirements. It is essential for troubleshooting, system customization, and providing ongoing support to ensure efficient integration of solutions. Your contributions will directly enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and customize software systems to meet client and internal specifications.
• Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving system configuration issues.
• Test and validate configuration setups to ensure accuracy and quality of service delivery.
• Collaborate with ticket owners and team managers to implement fixes and improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or working towards a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in system configuration, technical support, or related fields.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Access and web-based platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting and technical problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with databases, SQL queries, and/or scripting languages is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
