Configuration Specialist
Location: Redmond, Washington
About Our Client:
Our client is a highly sought after Fortune 500 Medical Device organization looking for results driven professionals like you! This facility focuses on Class III electromechanical ALS & BLS devices used around the world. Key Responsibilities:

Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure configurator data accuracy and compliance with regulations, and own the Configurator process.
Execute small process and technology projects to add/correct/update/maintain required attributes for production/configurator, regulatory (UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, etc.), and product master data tables to support the Order to Cash process.
Maintain accurate variant configurator logic for item master, product structure, and questionnaire content for both existing and new configured products.
Generate accurate and consistent BOM structures while updating variant configurator logic and rules to support domestic and international operations.
Generate supporting data (e.g., routings, UPNs, regulatory item master attributes for UDI, ACE, PMA, MDD, IEC) to ensure configured products are realized in Production and processed effectively within the broader Order to Cash process.
Analyze, define, and develop documentation control methodologies to support the Configurator.
Submit requests to the Material Data Management team for setting up variants in the Commercial ERP.
Run test protocols for IT projects related to configurator and master data.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing Systems, or Information Management (preferred).
13 years of related experience in a business environment.
Experience creating, maintaining, and updating ERP material master data (attributes).
Ability to support variant configurator logic and configuration-driven Bills of Material (BOMs) for Order-to-Cash (O2C).
Strong understanding of systems requirements, business processes, and change implementation
Experience supporting codes/configurations, testing, debugging, validation, and implementation of software solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to train and support users.
Self-motivated, organized, efficient, process-oriented, and able to work independently and discreetly when needed.
Ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal communication.
