An international law firm seeks an experienced Conflicts Attorney to be based in Chicago. At least three (3) years of experience as a Conflict Attorney and a J.D. are required. This position reports to the Director of Conflicts and works with a team of six or more persons. This role will be primarily remote but requires occasional onsite presence in Chicago.
The Conflicts Attorney identifies, analyzes, and resolves potential conflicts of interest related to the Firm’s new business intake and lateral hiring for all Firm offices. This position ensures new matters and attorney hires are compliant with the Firm’s conflicts and risk management policies and procedures. The Conflicts Attorney works with a team under minimal supervision and relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Responsibilities – Conflicts AttorneyThe target salary for this role is approximately $140-160K annually, based on the candidate experience. Plus comprehensive benefits and retirement packages offered.
Location/Remote & Onsite ScheduleThis role will be primarily remote but requires occasional onsite presence in Chicago. Remote work privileges are subject to change based on Firm needs and individual performance.
