The Conflicts Attorney plays a critical role in safeguarding the Firm's ethical integrity by identifying, analyzing, and resolving conflicts of interest related to new client and matter intake across all offices and jurisdictions. This role also supports the onboarding of incoming legal personnel Firmwide and is responsible for drafting conflict waivers as needed. The position reports directly to the General Counsel.

The annualized salary range for this position is $120,000 to $165,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
