This includes conducting extensive corporate researchusing multiple software tools and the internet. liaising with lawyers and secretaries to obtaina complete set of information about incomingwork such as identifying parties and thenature of the matter. crafting appropriate search terms when allcorporate and individual names are gatheredrunning searches in the Firms proprietarydatabase and filtering results for relevance.? Composes concise accurate and organizedreports of research results to attorneys andothers in a timely manner.? Assists in the maintenance of a confidentialinternal database of information about firmclients and all related parties to specific matters.? Provides on -call coverage on weekends andholidays as needed.? Performs other duties as assigned.?
