Duties/Responsibilities - Program and operate conformal coating and dispensing equipment
- Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent process control and identify any irregularities
- Perform precise and controlled spray applications in accordance with specifications
- Read and interpret electronic work instructions and engineering drawings
- Mask and tape circuit boards to protect designated areas from coating or potting
- Remove excess coating and perform manual touch-ups as needed
- Inspect assemblies to verify proper coating coverage and quality standards
- Transport racks of circuit boards throughout the production process
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company standards
Skills/Experience/Education/Training Required - Minimum of 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience operating conformal coating equipment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform close visual inspection work
- Steady hand and precision in manual coating applications
- Ability to follow detailed technical instructions with accuracy
- Comfortable working in a controlled environment with solvents, acetone, and coatings
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards (certification is a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- U.S. Citizenship required
