Conlan Analyst

Role:

• Process Conlan Claims in accordance with existing Court Order Guidelines.
• Ensure all Member Reimbursement request letters, incomplete, approvals, and denials are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and compliance prior to release.
• Conduct Letter Review and Analysis for received correspondence.
• Generate acknowledgment and claim status letters to submitters-Correspondence.
• Maintain and submit weekly production inventory reports.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service and/or medical related experience.
• Ability to follow stringent protocols for policy operations.
• Experience working with organizational functions and personnel.
• Experience working with computer software and telephone technology and skilled in the use of help desk software.

Skills:

• Business and analytical critical thinking skills.
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding email communication.
• Ability to take on special projects as needed.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions.
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite and other similar computer programs.
