Connects Before School AM Program Lead

Make a meaningful impact on young minds every morning as a Before-School Program Lead with the Whitefish Bay Recreation and Community Education Department.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.38 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 9:30 AM (student days only)

Duration: Part-time, 10-month school year (late August through mid-June)

Classification: Non-benefit eligible, hourly (non-exempt)

Reports To: Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

Support Student Growth: Provide academic support and enrichment to students in grades K4-5 on an individual and group basis.

Lead Instruction: Develop, facilitate, and lead engaging lesson plans for children in K4-5.

Ensure Safety: Supervise youth actively to maintain a secure, organized, and positive environment.

Build Connections: Foster strong, professional relationships with parents, students, and colleagues.

Work as a Team: Contribute to a high-quality, professional, and smoothly run program.

Adapt as Needed: Perform other program-related duties as assigned by leadership.
