Job Summary We are seeking a Consent Data Engineer with strong expertise in DBT, SQL, AWS, and data warehousing to build and maintain scalable data pipelines supporting privacy, consent, marketing, and customer analytics platforms.
Must-Have Skills - 5+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Analytics Engineering
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with DBT (models, macros, packages)
- Strong expertise in SQL, Redshift, and dimensional modeling
- Experience with AWS services: Lambda, Glue, Step Functions, MWAA (Airflow)
- Strong experience building ETL / ELT pipelines
- Working knowledge of Python, PySpark, and Jinja templating
- Experience with CI/CD tools (AWS CDK, CodeCommit, CodePipeline)
- Understanding of CDC concepts and data integration patterns
- Strong attention to detail and Agile delivery experience
Key Responsibilities - Build data transformation pipelines using SQL, DBT, Jinja, and Amazon Redshift
- Develop and maintain dimensional data models and DBT workflows
- Support integrations between consent platforms, CRMs, APIs, and business systems
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with GDPR / CCPA
- Optimize SQL queries and support scalable cloud data solutions
- Support AWS automation and CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with onsite/offshore teams in Agile environments
Nice to Have - Experience with OneTrust or similar consent management platforms
- Exposure to privacy/consent data and marketing platforms
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and data governance practices
