TAREAS Y RESPONSABILIDADES LABORALES ESENCIALES: Tareas necesarias para cumplir con los requisitos mínimos del puesto. Se pueden asignar otras tareas: Vaciar y limpiar todos los contenedores de residuos. Retirar el papel de desecho y la basura de las instalaciones al área seleccionada; limpiar los contenedores húmedos. Vaciar y limpiar todos los ceniceros, supervisar el suministro de todos los recipientes de arena y restaurar la arena según sea necesario. Sacar el polvo de todos los marcos de imágenes, gráficos y tapicerías. Limpiar en húmedo el polvo de todos los difusores del techo y del aire acondicionado, las rejillas divisorias, la caja registradora y otras persianas de ventilación. Aspirar todas las alfombras y áreas alfombradas en el lugar de trabajo, vestíbulos y pasillos. Limpiar y quitar el polvo de todos los muebles de oficina, archiveros, accesorios, paneles, alféizares de ventanas y todas las demás superficies planas. Limpiar y pulir todos los accesorios de metal para sacar brillo. Limpiar y pulir adecuadamente los servicios de pisos de baldosas según sea necesario. Limpiar y pulir todos los muebles de vidrio. Limpiar el vidrio de la puerta de entrada en el interior y la superficie exterior. Eliminar todas las manchas de las superficies verticales como puertas, marcos de puertas y alrededor de interruptores de luz, vidrio de entrada privado y divisores. Lavar, limpiar y esterilizar todos los enfriadores de agua. Barrer escaleras privadas y aspirar si están alfombradas. Limpiar suelos de edificios, barrear y trapear. Limpiar y desinfectar, y reabastecer los suministros en los baños.
