Degree in computer science, computer systems administration, Conservation technology, Bioinformatics or related fields. A master's degree in any of these fields will be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the application of conservation technologies, telemetry and geospatial analytical support to conservation, or law enforcement field operations.
Capability in data management, analysis, and reporting.
Capability in the use of Microsoft, GPS, SMART, EarthRanger, GIS, and remote sensing software.
Advanced knowledge of Computers, Software, applications, and Networking skills. This includes Microsoft Word, Excel, ArcGIS, Esri, Cybertracker.
Proven ability to train and communicate clearly and confidently in multicultural contexts.
Proven ability to work both individually and in a team to successfully coordinate activities in complex contexts.
High levels of attention to detail, organized, proactive, positive, and accountable approach to work delivery.
Willingness to live in a remote field site with basic amenities.
Fluent communication skills in English, Swahili an advantage.
