Where the Chemistry Happens The primary function of the Consignment Manager is to work closely with the business leaders and Sales Finance Marketing Supply Chain and suppliers to manage all consignment accounts for ChemetallBASF. Formula for Success Facilitate and oversee contract management processes for consignment accounts with support from Legal Implement and manage processes to collect measure and track relevant metrics in order to assess contract compliance with key contract terms and conditions for all contracts including product inventory tracking Develop and manage the contract renewal process evaluating account profitability Develop and manage the expiration notification process for all contracts Develop thorough knowledge and understanding of each contract act as the single point of contact for all contract inquiries regarding terms and conditions obligations compliance products services rights and deliverables for each contract Develop contract portfolio metrics including key usage and profitability Assist in identification of reporting toolssolutions to automate contract management reporting and tracking Reconcile inventory between customer and SAP Perform inventory audit one per year Ingredients for Success Ability to take ownership of and focus on critical initiatives Strong business acumen organizational planning analytical negotiation and conflict resolution skills Must have proven ability to gather extract organize analyze and interpret detailed data from a variety of sources Ability to take ownership of and focus on critical initiatives Ability to thrive in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment with demonstrated project management skills Proven ability to collaborate with employees at all levels of an organization Team player with ability to learn quickly multi-task self-direct and appropriately prioritize workload Ability to communicate effectively both in verbal and written communications Warehouse management experience preferred Bachelors degree in business or related majors Salary Range- 95000-110000 We are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race age citizenship color religion sex marital status national origin disability status gender identity or expression protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law.
