    Description

    The Consolidation Clerk is responsible for creating doss sheets, shipping labels, and ASN labels while consolidating License Plate Numbers (LPNs), wrapping, and preparing skids with tops for shipment. This role ensures accurate paperwork, proper consolidation of shipments, and efficient workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create and print doss sheets using the Oracle system.
    • Generate shipping labels and ASN labels for outbound shipments.
    • Consolidate shipments by combining LPNs as required.
    • Wrap consolidated skids and apply protective tops.
    • Verify paperwork accuracy against physical inventory.
    • Process consolidation paperwork in Oracle.
    • Coordinate with warehouse team members to ensure proper skid placement and organization.
    • Maintain accurate records of consolidated shipments.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
    • File and organize documents as needed.
    • Communicate effectively and multitask in a team environment.
    • Work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Assist with general warehouse duties when required.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Able to stand for up to 10 hours per shift.
    • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
    • Basic writing skills to complete daily production records.
    • Verbal communication skills to interpret problems and follow work instructions.
    • Good motor skills and hand/eye coordination.
    • Good vision to ensure quality and accuracy.
    • Knowledge of Oracle system preferred (training available).
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

    • Warehouse setting with concrete floors

    Schedule

    • Monday through Friday: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
