Salary: $120,000–$140,000 + 15–20% Bonus

Consolidations Manager Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Lead the global financial consolidation process across 30+ reporting units
• 
  
• Review entity submissions, reconciliations, eliminations, and consolidation entries
• 
  
• Manage multi-currency translation and complex intercompany activity
• 
  
• Integrate newly acquired entities into the consolidation process
• 
  
• Improve consolidation systems, reports, templates, and data quality
• 
  
• Partner with subsidiary controllers and corporate accounting teams globally
• 
  
• Work cross-functionally with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Investor Relations
• 
  
• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• 
  

Consolidations Manager Qualifications:

• 
  
• 6–10 years of progressive consolidations and financial reporting experience
• 
  
• Strong multi-entity/global consolidation experience
• 
  
• Deep knowledge of multi-currency translation and intercompany eliminations
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP
• 
  
• Advanced financial systems experience; Planful/Host Analytics, SAP EPM, Oracle, BPC, Tagetik, OneStream, or similar
• 
  
• Strong Excel skills
• 
  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• 
  
• CPA or Master’s degree a plus
•
