Construction Superintendent

They are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join the team and play a key role in shaping the future of construction in Delray Beach, FL.
Job Description
- Coordinate and supervise all construction activities on-site, ensuring projects are completed within scope, budget, and schedule.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and efficient project delivery.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure work environment for all team members.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively to meet or exceed client expectations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work culture.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets high standards and complies with historical preservation guidelines.

The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5+ years of construction management experience, with a focus in hospitality and country club construction.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and completing projects on time and within budget.
- In-depth knowledge of historical preservation techniques and guidelines.
- Strong understanding of hotel construction and renovation processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
