Construction Accountant

Established and growing construction firm in San Pablo, CA is seeking to add a Construction Accountant/Contract Admin to their team. This is 100% onsite in San Pablo, CA and a very strong temp to hire role. $65,000 - $75,000 DOE

Qualified Candidates will have the following:

• AA or BS in Accounting/Business or similar with 3+ years experience
• Must have recent hands on construction industry bookkeeping/Accounting or as a Contract Admin
• Should be familiar with working with Subs, AP, basic billing, change orders, supporting Project Managers, liens, waivers, etc
• Intermediate Excel needed, Vista or large ERP system required
• This is 100% onsite in San Pablo, CA and a strong temp to hire role
• $65,000 - $75,000/ DOE
