We're seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administration / Site Engineer to support high-impact MEP and building projects in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This role is ideal for a field-focused professional with strong experience in construction administration, site inspections, and project coordination.
What You'll Do:

Provide on-site support for construction projects, ensuring work aligns with plans and specifications

Conduct site inspections, field reports, and progress evaluations

Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs for accuracy and compliance

Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to resolve field issues

Monitor quality control, safety standards, and code compliance

Track project progress, schedules, and documentation

Support commissioning and project closeout activities
What We're Looking For:

3+ years of experience in construction administration, site engineering, or field engineering

Strong understanding of construction documents, MEP systems, and building codes

Experience with RFI/submittal processes and field coordination

Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and blueprints

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
