GENERAL SUMMARY
The Construction Administrator plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of architectural and construction projects across the Southeast. Reporting to the Managing Director or Studio Director, this position is responsible for supporting project scope, schedule, and budget while working collaboratively with the Project Architect, Project Designer, and multidisciplinary internal teams. The Construction Administrator helps maintain design integrity, oversees construction-phase documentation, and ensures that projects progress efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with firm standards. This role requires a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage multiple concurrent projects with confidence and clarity.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
This position requires working closely with a team of in-house architects, interior designers, planners, landscape architects, and consultants on multiple projects with a variety of project diversity throughout the Southeast to meet scheduled deliverables. The successful candidate must be a leader, self-starter, organized, flexible, and possess a strong work ethic. The following duties are normal for the position.
