Manage Critical Documentation

  • Oversee RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, change orders, and construction correspondence.
  • Maintain detailed logs and ensure all documentation is accurate, organized, and up to date.

Be Hands-On in the Field

  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress, assess quality, and verify compliance.
  • Document field conditions and proactively address issues before they impact schedule or cost.

Ensure Financial & Project Accuracy

  • Review contractor pay applications to verify work completed and materials in place.
  • Support project teams by providing timely clarifications and coordinating design responses.

Leverage Technology & Best Practices

  • Utilize tools like Newforma and Bluebeam to streamline communication and documentation.
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement.
