
The Construction Administrator is responsible for the overall management of construction projects to ensure adherence to specifications and contract documents. Maintain communication with the client regarding the progress and quality of work being performed by the Company.

Experience in Cost estimating and construction processes
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication with leadership team, contractor, and design team in a professional manner
Ability to read and interpret construction documents and specifications, for complex projects, to monitor contractors' compliance with design intent, construction schedule and applications for payment.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
