Your Opportunity
Stantec is currently seeking a full-time Data Center Construction Administrator based out of our Raleigh, NC office. You are expected to have a basic knowledge of buildings, promote design excellence, and possess technical skills to support project work as a field representative for the architect/engineer during the construction phase of a project. As a Construction Administrator, you will work as part of an integrated and multidiscipline team that delivers complex projects in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina. You are responsible for construction administration activities relating to projects of various complexity and scale on a variety of project typologies, but primarily on large data center projects. This opportunity will require on-site field representation for approximately 20% of your time, with the remaining time based on a hybrid work model of in-office and work-from-home flexibility.
