We are seeking a skilled Construction Administrator with experience supporting engineering projects, particularly in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This 6-month contract-to-direct role involves reviewing submittals and shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and conducting site observations to ensure installations meet design specifications.

Location: Richardson, TX 75081
Pay Rate: $24.03 $36.06/hour (DOE)
Direct Salary Range: $50K $75K+ (DOE)
Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM CST
Term: 6 months contract-to-direct hire
Travel: Required for site visits (local/regional)
Requirements:
3+ years in construction administration, preferably with an engineering firm
Strong MEP systems knowledge
Proficient in reviewing shop drawings in Revit and AutoCAD
Skilled in RFI management and site observation documentation
Bluebeam experience a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
