Position Overview

As a Construction Administrator, you'll play an essential role in our team by ensuring data is entered accurately and efficiently, while also supporting broader construction administration workflows across active projects. Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain project data within company systems and platforms
- Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Manage high volume data entry and tracking across multiple projects
- Maintain Excel spreadsheets, logs, and project records
- Coordinate with field inspectors to validate and update project information
- Support construction administration processes including contractor invoices, RFIs, and submittals
- Maintain confidentiality and data security standards
- Communicate discrepancies or issues to appropriate team members
- Assist with general administrative and office support tasks as needed
- Meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Compensation: This position will pay $20-$23 per hour.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Experience with Procore, Microsoft BI, Microsoft Power Automate, or API integrations preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior administrative or data entry experience preferred
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical behavior
