As a Construction Advocate, you will interact with management companies, HOA's and homeowners to gain access to backyard easements and assist customers with property damage claims.

What You'll Do:

  • Communicate with management companies, HOA's and homeowners to gain access to their property
  • Work with customers to file property damage claims
  • Manage customer relationships and expectations
  • Work professionally and diplomatically with a variety of people within and outside of Kinetic
  • Track and report on jobs in various phases within Planning Engineering or Construction
  • Work from our offices and job sites when needed
  • Always represent Kinetic in a professional manner
  • Other activities as assigned by management

Do you have?

  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others
  • Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • High School Degree or GED
  • Clean driving record

Minimum Requirements:

College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4+ years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level experience.
