Job Description

VanDemark Co is hiring experienced construction workers, with a strong focus on framers who can also handle a variety of rehab and finish work. We are looking for dependable, skilled individuals to join our growing team in Clermont County, Ohio.

Responsibilities:

• Framing (primary focus)

• Residential rehabs and renovations

• Plumbing and electrical work (experience required)

• Drywall installation and repair

• Painting and finish work

• General construction and job site tasks

Requirements:

• Proven construction experience (required)

• Framing experience required

• Ability to perform multiple trades (rehab work)

• Must have own tools

• Must have own vehicle and reliable transportation

• Valid driver’s license required

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
