Assistant Project ManagerSupport Project Managers across all phases of construction (precon closeout). Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation. Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and field teams. Help maintain project schedules, logistics plans, and procurement efforts. Participate in project meetings and assist with progress reporting. Review drawings and specifications to ensure scope alignment and completeness. Monitor long-lead items and ensure timely delivery to site. Assist in resolving field issues to keep projects on schedule. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills working with both field and office teams. Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar software preferred.
