Their employee-focused culture provides direct access to leadership, strong career advancement opportunities, and the chance to help transform distinctive spaces across the region.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Managers in the successful execution of multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.Work closely with field Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and meet quality expectations.Track outstanding action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and project buyout activities.Partner with accounting teams on invoicing, payment processing, and financial tracking.Review project drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, and contracts to support project execution.Maintain accurate and organized project records within company systems and software platforms.Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
