Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in the successful execution of multiple commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes, and closeout packages.
• Work closely with field Superintendents to ensure projects remain on schedule, on budget, and meet quality expectations.
• Track outstanding action items and proactively follow up with stakeholders to keep projects moving forward.
• Assist with procurement, subcontractor management, and project buyout activities.
• Partner with accounting teams on invoicing, payment processing, and financial tracking.
• Review project drawings, specifications, estimates, schedules, and contracts to support project execution.
• Maintain accurate and organized project records within company systems and software platforms.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency.

The Successful Applicant

Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of construction project coordination, project engineering, or assistant project management experience.
• Experience supporting commercial construction, tenant fit-outs, hospitality, restaurant, retail, or renovation projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is highly desirable.
• Exposure to historic preservation, restoration, rehabilitation, or adaptive reuse projects is a plus.
• Candidates with restaurant construction or historic building restoration experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
