Job Description
Support the Director of Construction in managing residential construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout. Assist with project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation to ensure projects remain on time and within budget. Maintain regular communication with homeowners, architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members. Escalate project concerns, safety issues, design questions, or client challenges to leadership when appropriate. Perform regular jobsite visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance. Maintain accurate project documentation from project startup through final closeout.

The Successful Applicant
2-5 years of experience in residential construction, construction management, project coordination, or a related field. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred. Understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, estimating, and project controls. Experience working with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction documentation. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the local market to project sites.
