Description for Construction Assembly:

• Assemble construction components using hand and power tools.
• Work in a high-energy team environment to hit production targets.
• Prepare finished products for secure shipping.
• Room for Growth: Clear advancement paths to Foreman and Shop Lead positions.

Details for Construction Assembly:

• Pay: $24.50/hr ($22.50 after rollover + production bonuses).
• Schedule: Monday – Friday + Overtime.
• Shift: Transitioning to a 4x10 schedule (3-day weekends!).

Requirements for Construction Assembly:

• Strong experience with hand and power tools.
• Ability to handle a physically demanding, 10-hour shift.
• Team-first attitude and reliable attendance.
