Description for Construction Assembly:
- Safely layout, align, measure, cut, fasten, and assemble structural wooden/metal construction components using pneumatic nail guns, staple guns, drills, impact drivers, chop saws, and hand tools.
- Read, interpret, and work from production work orders, basic shop drawings, and component layouts to ensure exact dimensional accuracy.
- Collaborate actively within team build pods to maintain smooth workflow, reduce material waste, and hit daily manufacturing throughput targets.
- Inspect finished building assemblies, trusses, and panels for plumb, square, and fastening integrity prior to staging.
- Band, wrap, label, and prep completed modular assemblies and freight units for secure outdoor staging and flatbed transport.
- Step up to assist shift leads and foremen with workflow management, quality cross-checks, and training apprentice crew members.
- Maintain clean, hazard-free assembly bays (5S standards) and strictly adhere to all plant personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety rules.

- Starting Wage:$24.50 / hour during initial evaluation period.

Requirements for Construction Assembly:
- Tool & Trade Experience: Verifiable background utilizing pneumatic framing tools, impact drivers, saws, and measuring tapes in construction, framing, truss manufacturing, cabinetmaking, or industrial assembly.
- Measurement Skills: Solid tape measure proficiency down to 1/16" and comfort reading shop assembly drawings or cut sheets.
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to handle a physically demanding 10-hour shift on concrete floors, bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50+ lbs unassisted.
- Leadership Ambition: Strong communication habits, proactive problem-solving, and a desire to take on foreman/leadership responsibilities.
