The Assistant Project Manager should have:

- 2+ years of experience in residential construction project management, with a focus on luxury single-family homes.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project).
