Description

The Key Responsibilities:

  • Confers with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
  • Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget
  • Prepares daily, weekly, monthly schedule to support and preserve the Contract Project Schedule
  • Reviews status reports prepared by project personnel and modifies schedules or plans as required
  • Dictates or prepares project reports for management, client, or others
  • Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems
  • Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies

Profile

The Successful Candidate:

  • 2+ years of construction experience as a Project Engineer or related position
  • Strong background in Commercial/Residential/Industrial Construction
  • Education or Municipal projects preferred
  • Projects $10M+
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • The ability to work in a fast paced work environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • The desire to grow their construction career professionally
  • The desire to drive the growth of a highly reputable General Contractor
  • Strong track record with client relationships
