Job Description
Assist Project Managers with the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects. Support project documentation including contracts, submittals, RFIs, change orders, permits, and closeout packages. Track project schedules, budgets, and key milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and field teams to maintain project progress. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes, action items, and status updates. Monitor material procurement and assist with tracking lead times and deliveries. Maintain project records and ensure compliance with company standards and safety requirements. Help identify project risks and support the resolution of issues as they arise.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of construction experience in a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or similar construction role.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project documentation, and project coordination.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, develop professionally, and advance within the construction industry.
