We're seeking a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support commercial and corporate interior projects based in Manhattan. Client Details Our client is a commercial interiors general contractor with a strong reputation delivering corporate offices, tenant improvements, and professional workplace interiors throughout Manhattan. As a mid‑sized firm, they offer the stability of repeat clients with the accessibility and mentorship of a close‑knit team. DescriptionSupport Project Managers through all phases of commercial and corporate interior projects.Assist with schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and onsite teams.Track procurement and ensure materials align with construction schedules.Attend project meetings and help keep projects organized, compliant, and on track.
