• • Support Project Managers on high‑end retail interior projects from preconstruction through closeout.
  • Assist with schedules, budgets, submittals, RFIs, and change order documentation.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
  • Track procurement of long‑lead items and ensure timely delivery to site.
  • Attend project meetings and help resolve issues to keep projects moving smoothly.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

• • Experience working on commercial high‑end retail interior projects.
  • Strong understanding of interior construction processes, finishes, and sequencing.
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Confident communicator who works well with both office and field teams.
  • Proactive, dependable, and motivated to advance into a full Project Manager role.
