RQ Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Managers (APMs) to join our Field Operations team for work in Norfolk, Virginia, on an active military base.
As an Assistant Project Manager, you will play a key role in supporting construction projects throughout the entire project lifecycle-from preconstruction planning through project closeout. This position assists with project coordination, scheduling, documentation, communication, budgeting, and overall project execution to help ensure successful project delivery.
Based on project scope and complexity, Assistant Project Managers may work alongside a Project Manager on large-scale projects, take responsibility for specific project phases under supervision, or independently manage smaller projects. This position requires relocation to active project sites to support on-site project management activities.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually
