A growing GC delivering a mix of tenant improvement, mid-rise multifamily, and interior commercial work is hiring a Project Engineer or Assistant PM to support projects across Tempe, Mesa, and Chandler.

This is a good entry point for someone looking to move toward a PM role, with direct exposure to both field and office responsibilities.

Projects are typically within a 20-minute drive of the Tempe submarket.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Submittals, RFIs, and document control
  • Supporting project scheduling and cost tracking
  • Coordination between field and office teams
  • Assisting with buyouts and subcontractor management

  • Degree in construction management or related field (preferred)
