Assistant Superintendent Responsibilities
- Assist the Superintendent in managing daily construction activities.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
- Monitor project schedules and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain project documentation.
- Help resolve field issues and support project execution.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Minimum of two years of experience in a construction trade.
- Relevant construction experience for Assistant Superintendent positions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents is an asset.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software is beneficial.
